The Ajit Educational & Public Welfare Society is promoted by experienced persons with the spirit of service in medical education and allied areas. The society has its Head office at Sunam, Distt. Sangrur, on Jakhal Road. Medical and nursing education has tremendous growth prospects in Punjab keeping in view the trend of the young generation for professional knowledge in the medical and nursing field. The society was incorporated on the 22nd day of May 2009. under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 with the sole aim of providing medical educational facilities to the population of this area. All the members of the society are well-educated professionals, socially well-off, and dedicated to the cause of education.
