It was established in 1992. Earlier it was affiliated to Karnataka University, then to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in 1996. Since then the intake capacity of student increased from 30 to 50, and college & hospital are well organized on the basis of the rules & regulation according to C.C.I.M. New Delhi.
